Return Period: You may return your purchase within 2 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to help you with the process.
Return Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damage or alteration to the product may affect your eligibility for a refund. We cannot take return or replacement in offer applied orders like BUY 2 GET 1 FREE, It’s stock clearance product.
Exchanges: Due to size or any other issue, you have to courier the product within 2 days you got delivered with original tag & packaging at the time of receiving order to the same address mentioned on the courier slip.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 days from the date of receiving the returned product.
Refund Method: The refunded amount will be credited back to the original source account used for the purchase. Please allow for the appropriate processing time based on your financial institution.
